Salpalinjan Hovi is set in a charming, renovated school building, 10 minutes’ drive from Lappeenranta city centre. It offers self-catering accommodation with classic décor, a kitchenette and private bathroom. WiFi and parking are free. Only few minutes by car from the center of Lappeenranta, quiet neighborhood, perfect for a rest. The house is beautifully renovated, has a unique charm. The breakfast was fabulous, plentiful. We will be back for a longer stay!

Just 100 metres from the bridge to Olavinlinna Castle, this small boutique hotel is next to Lake Saimaa in Savonlinna. It offers individually decorated rooms with scenic views and free wired internet. Lossiranta Lodge is an eco-friendly hotel and is certified by Green Key. Absolutely one of the best little places I've stayed anywhere! It's a cosy little place with only a couple of rooms which open up to a lawn with an amazing view of the castle and the lake. The owner was so welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed getting to chat with her after breakfast and learning more about the area. It was more akin to being a welcomed guest in someone's home rather than just a customer as a hotel. I would absolutely stay there again!

Very charming boutique hotel, just a few steps from the castle. We appreciated the quality and variety of the breakfast, and the fact that they prepared packed breakfasts for us the second morning since we had a very early departure. Staff was great in all regards; they really made us feel comfortable. We also loved the historic ambiance.

Owner Johanna is a star in kindness and flexibility. I booked on the same day as I arrived, and even though I showed up by her surprise, she was very welcoming. The boutique hotel is in a perfect condition, with a personal touch that makes you feel at home, rooms are very good and spacy with great facilities. Breakfast is excellent.

The service and communication was great, they offered pickup shuttle from or to Savonlinna for 15€/per. There is window screen in the room to prevent insects, which is the best design ever. There is also a dryer in the room. The sauna included was also good.

Beautiful location with astonishing lake views from all windows, quiet, all new equipment, luxury bed linens and towels, immaculate design, fully equipped kitchen, lovely views. Property owners go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. The children had so much fun in the snow around the house, we cannot wait to come back!
