Centrally located in Looe, the Little Mainstone Guest House offers free WiFi access and free onsite parking. This Victorian building is situated on the west bank of the River Looe, with picturesque views across the harbour. Location was superb, the view from our room, room 1 was outstanding. Breakfast was cooked to perfection.

Set within 10 acres of grounds, Fig Tree House is peaceful and secluded, yet perfectly located for touring some of Cornwall’s most beautiful scenery. Free parking is possible on site, and free WiFi is accessible throughout the property. We had the most wonderful stay at the Fig Tree House and only wish we could stay longer. We had spent the day exploring St Michael's Mount in Marazion and took us about 30 minutes to get to the Fig Tree House. The place was so quiet and serene - it was the perfect place to relax. Both Sal and Jerry were extremely welcoming and prepared tea and some carrot cake for us on our arrival. Their golden retriever joined us briefly for tea as well (she's very stubborn we're told!). Room was warm and very cosy and as a female traveller, I felt very safe. Breakfast the next morning was excellent as well - I had the herby mushrooms with toast. My partner loved the butter that came with the toast and still talks about it till now. I would highly recommend Fig Tree House.

Located in Little Petherick, 3 miles from Padstow, The Old Mill House is set in a renovated grade II listed former corn mill featuring a restaurant, bar, terrace and garden adjacent to a stream running down to the Camel Estuary. Free WiFi is available throughout, and the property offers an AA-award-winning breakfast. Absolutely beautiful Grade II listed B&B in delightful surroundings. The fantastic owners (Debbie and Ashley) were incredibly welcoming and friendly and added wonderful unique touches to the rooms that you don't see anywhere else, such as a cut-glass decanter of sherry! So lovely! The rooms were really comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The food was also amazing and we loved that it was all locally sourced. It was mine and my husband's first trip to Cornwall from the US and we can't wait to go back and stay here!

Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout. Donna was a fantastic hostess! Everything was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of things to choose from and was made to order. The location was beautiful, quiet but yet was close to areas for sightseeing. We would love to go back someday.

Camelot Guest House is just 3 minutes’ walk from Falmouth Town Railway Station. Cozy, clean and comfortable room, great location 5 mins away from the beach and town, and wonderful hosts!

Schooner Point Guest House is in a superb location in Looe and it's an easy walk into the town. Gorgeous views from the breakfast room and lovely watching the chaffinches and other birds feeding by the deck. Tom and Paula were great hosts; providing a very warm and informative welcome on arrival and looking after our every need throughout our stay. The breakfasts were unbelievably good (kept us going for the entire day!!). Our room was extremely comfortable and we couldn't hear any noise from the rest of the house. A great stay.
