Situated just a 7-minute walk from London Liverpool Street Station, Batty Langley's features beautiful rooms with antique furniture, heavy silk curtains and quirky bathrooms. Located in a cobbled street in London's trendy Spitalfields, the iconic Gherkin building is 13 minutes' stroll away and Old Spitalfields Market is a 3-minute walk away. Loved the historic feel of the hotel, clean, beautifully decorated. Loved the public lounges , stocked bars, where you can help yourself, on the honor system. The morning breakfast or coffee in the room was an added bonus. The staff is always available and helpful. The quietness was nice.

Hotel Football, Old Trafford, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel is located opposite Old Trafford Football Stadium and close to Media City and Manchester City Centre. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a TV and air conditioning and complimentary retro sweets. Room was an excellent choice...however, in the website, when we saw the picture, it was facing the greenery of the field and when we checked in, the view of the deluxe room for three was at the side view of the stadium...not as per what is expected. A little deceived with the picture through the website explanation when we paid additional for the view.

The Town House retains classic charm both inside and out, with a Tudor style exterior and four-poster beds in certain rooms. All rooms are en suite with classically styled bathroom fittings, alongside modern touches like flat-screen TVs. Steve was super helpful in helping us find not only our room, but also convenient parking. The room was super cute, updated with a beautiful bathroom. I couldn't wait to get into that gorgeous bathtub! The location was central to everything we wanted to see.
