Joy was very helpful, he was in touch with us through the booking chat until we arrived in order to be ready to meet us. He responded in a very short time. The bathroom was great, very big and modern, and it had both shower and a hot tub. The room was big enough for both of us and our luggage. Also, Joy let us leave the luggge in the lounge after checkout until we left Inverness. It was a very good value for money.

Free parking is available at this hotel, and there are Tesla and non-Tesla electric car charging points on-site. the staff at the property is very warm my husband and I are both vegetarians and they created a separate menu for us for the breakfast which was really very thoughtful of them .

This was an impeccable hotel with a very clean room and a wonderful restaurant. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The view is fabulous. It would be a little out of the way if you don't have a car and wish to go out to the town for shopping or dinner. I had a car so that was not an issue for me.

Joan was fantastic - so kind and helpful, and very efficient. The breakfast was delicious, the room was incredibly comfortable and clean and the town was a short walk away. Highly recommend.

Lynda was an exceptional host, with the most generous display of hospitality and invaluable tips about the area. The guesthouse was spotless, well serviced, and full of thoughtful little touches - from the homemade fudge, to the wall of local recommendations, stunning breakfast spreads, and a warm feeling of welcome. Lynda treated us generously, like we were family. We will never forget our time here! Thank you so much Lynda :)

Extras include ironing facilities. Literally walking distance from everything. Clean, spacious, amazing breakfast and David and Beate was fantastic hosts. They give fabulous recommendations and do several tours. Definitely recommended.
