Joy was very helpful, he was in touch with us through the booking chat until we arrived in order to be ready to meet us. He responded in a very short time. The bathroom was great, very big and modern, and it had both shower and a hot tub. The room was big enough for both of us and our luggage. Also, Joy let us leave the luggge in the lounge after checkout until we left Inverness. It was a very good value for money.

Free parking is available at this hotel, and there are Tesla and non-Tesla electric car charging points on-site. Everything was fabulous, one of the best places I stayed at. Staff is extremely helpful and kind, they never bother you when not needed, but they are always present looking for whatever you wish for. Breakfast is beyond all expectations. Fine dining dinner experience, wide selection of wines and of course an enormous variety of great whiskies.
