My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Enchanted Manor. The hotel was lovely, and the customer service and friendliness from the hotel owner Peta and her staff was second to none. The food was divine - it was a vegetarian menu, and though my husband and I do eat meat at home, we certainly didn't miss it during our stay. The garlic mushrooms on toast for breakfast was a particular highlight!
Peta in particuarly was extrememely knowledgable about the Isle and gave lots of good tips and suggested places to visit when we asked - as newcomers to the Isle of Wight we were extremely grateful.
The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating, and there were little touches everywhere of just small things to make your stay more comfortable - from DVDs to borrow, to a little fridge in the room to store bottled water and milk for your morning tea, as well as thoughtful bathroom additions.
Our booked room was upgraded on arrival to a suite as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the team thoughtfully gave us a bottle of sparkling wine and a card as well.
There was one small issue during our stay - the boiler stopped working properly a few days in to our stay, which led to occaisionally not getting baths or showers when we wanted. However the team tried to resolve as best they could until someone could fix it so we always did manage to get to shower - and they gave us a lovely gift at the end of our holiday to apologise for the hot water issue.

Lovely place with a stunning sea view! Great place to rest and enjoy the view on a balcony over a cup of coffee or a glass of champagne. Very quite neighborhood with all amenities in close proximity. The flat itself is quite modern with a touch of coziness. Would love to come back again!
We had a lovely, spotless (nice interior design) clean room for me and my daughter. The breakfast was one of our highlights apart from the kind hosts Margaret and Michael. Even as we arrived 1 hours earlier, they did not turned us away. We are certain to visit IOW and the Townhouse again. Many thanks for having us.
location, double aspect room with views to the sea and also to the stunning downs, fresh milk made available daily for the tea/coffee room facilities and also bottled water kept in communal refrigerator, parking on site, beds and bed linens were lovely and soft
Very nice apartment, well designed and equipped for a short stay (or possibly longer?) set within gorgeous Georgian house. Just over the road is a really lovely park with bandstand and a (60's/70's pop) band playing on the Bank Holiday. Just a short, but a bit steep, walk to the beach and Spyglass Inn. Would definitely return here again.

It was a great location literally round the corner from the high street and lovely beach! We walked from Sandown via the coastal path to Bembridge and the views en route were stunning.
