Location was brilliant. Staff was extremely courteous, friendly and welcoming. Room size was superb for a family of 4. Breakfast was extremely good.

The breakfast was brilliant unfortunately the location is on the main road so no parking we were advised to park by the church unfortunately this resulted in me scratching my car as there was a large rock sticking out onto the road

Llandudno Pier is 300 metres from the bed and breakfast and Bodelwyddan Castle is 26 km away. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is ideal with lots to do around it and lots of choices of food and great walking area. Room was huge and bathroom was beautiful. We were able to use one of their parking spots but also found parking prior to check in. You select breakfast the night before and it was delicious and very large
