Nice breakfast, good position to find a lot of nice places at Kassandra (by car) and also good location to walk few steps to the centre of Afytos with restaurants and shops. We definitely come back!!!

Only 500 metres from the nearest beach in Kallithea Halkidikis, Vellum Luxury Living features an outdoor pool with sun loungers, and modernly furnished rooms with a balcony. Restaurants, cafés and a supermarket can be found within 250 metres. We had a very nice room with a terrace where we had the breakfast every morning. The staff was very kind and with a positive vibe. We left the luggage at the reception after check out and it was very helpfull.

Featuring a shower, the stylish bathroom comes with a hairdryer. Extremely friendly and very helpfull staff with exceptional 'the extra mile' attitude. Kept kitchen open and parking space free despite our very late arrival. Excellent breakfast, great private beach with plenty of free beds. Tastefull background music, oasis of quietness near a pretty hectic village setup (to which it is less than 10 mins walk!) with loads of restaurants. Also got a free upgrade to the best room when that became available.

Breakfast was the best thing ever, different every day and served in cute dining room. You can buy artworks that are made by the owner, but don't wait too long, I put my eye on cute little ship, but on the second day, it was already gone, sold to someone else. We had great time, recommendations for EVERYTHING. ☺️

Great facilities, very relaxing atmosphere and very friendly and accommodating staff. Loved is so much that we extended our stay for an extra few nights.

Owners (Vicky and Andy) were amazing. They genuinely cared about our stay and were always helpful, whenever we needed. The rooms have amazing sea view and a view of the garden. It's also walking distance to the town center but not very close so you can avoid the crowds and the noise. The hotel also has a tennis court, basketball court and table tennis, so if you don't want to go to the beach that day, you can still stay active.
