The cleanliness of the hotel and also the service from the staff, all of them were really kind and supportive, especially the lady at the reception. She helped us with many things and made sure we felt on holiday 🙂 The pool was great as well. And the location is good also. The center of Fira is about 9 min by walking.

The rooms are immaculate and cleaned daily. Even though we stayed at the hotel in Athens for 4 days, they wanted an extra fee for cleaning.
