It is located 200 metres from Popozo and provides a shared kitchen. The guest house has family rooms. Very clean and cozy room with shared kitchen and huge terrace. Accomondation is above restaurant, so sometimes it can be a bit loud in the evening, but it didn't annoy us. But behind the restaurant you have really nice beach, that you can see from your window! really great place!

The restaurant serves typical Dalmatian specialities accompanied by fine wines. Good location, clean room, good breakfast. Also has a parking. Staff was really nice and helpfull.

A selection of wines is offered at an on-site bar with spacious terrace. The property also offers boat and luxury boat rentals, as well as tours and excursions to nearby points of interest. Guests can visit the historic town of Rogoznica, 2 km from the Perla Resort. The accommodation was very good and exactly what we needed for my father who had problems walking and needed a wheelchair - all was accessible by lift and close-by. We were offered beach-towels upon arrival and there were plenty of deckchairs available next to very clean swimming-pools and at the beach, which was also very easily accessible. The personnel was very friendly and accommodating. Each day the rooms were cleaned - we got fresh towels daily and the floors were mopped. The breakfast was excellent and there was plenty to choose from. Close-by is a large market and the beautiful town Rogoznica with its many restaurants and ice-cream stores is in walking distance, but can also be easily reached by car. We highly recommend this very nice place.

Set in the quiet Zečevo Bay between Rogoznica and Primošten, Boutique Hotel Life is a very stylish boutique property featuring an indoor and outdoor pool and a spa, set just 40 metres away from the fully equipped beach. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Breakfast was simply incredible so was the rest of the food on the menu (especially the truffle risotto!;)) The staff was really helpful, smiling, pleasant and generous with guests! We extended our stay couple times! The premises are awesome, the rooms are great (we tried the presidential suite and sea view suite) and the indoor pool is an awesome alternative if you seek for quietness and warm cosy moment. Really a top experience, can only recommend!
