Surrounded by beautiful gardens, Shamrock Lodge Hotel is a family-run hotel located in the very centre of Ireland, just 5 minutes’ walk from the restaurants, bars, and nightlife of Athlone town centre. Everything.. from the start. Check in. Room was just fab. Big and so comfortable. Food was great too. Staff very helpful too. Coco in the restaurant as well as Aoife. PJ and Sean in the bar. Can't fault any of them. Thank you. We will be back. X

The impressive leisure centre has a 20-metre pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, air-conditioned gym and Bloomfield Spa. Great stay, only 1 night but made the most of the sauna. Staff friendly, food amazing, rooms luxurious. Walked the grounds to the pond, saw swans, cows, really relaxing stay.

It is very conveniently located in Athlone and has nice and clean rooms, lovely facilities, comfortable beds and appreciated the water bottles provided by housekeeping. Will definitely revisit at some point

The Village Studio Apartments is a cosy country-style loft apartment set in 1.5 acres of mature gardens in Mount Temple, County Westmeath. It offers free WiFi, free parking and is 5 minutes’ stroll to the quaint village with a bar and a restaurant. Cozy and beautiful. With a lovely view. Close to food and pub. Close to shopping. Loved this little place had an amazing time.
