It offers air-conditioned rooms with a free WiFi access. Amazing hotel within the old city. You feel like you are Indiana Jones. Incredible staff, breakfast and rooftop patio. The restaurant within the hotel is closed due to the lack of tourism because of the war; but the juice/sahlab stand by the entrance is superb.

Cleaning staff and front desk were amazing in going above and beyond to meet all of our needs. We would definitely stay next time we come to Jerusalem.

Rooms are clean and basic in design and all are non-smoking. They include cable TV, air conditioning, telephone and a bathtub or shower. Internet is available for a free throughout the hotel and parking is available free of charge on site. The hotel staff is perfect and very kind. Loved their energy. The hotel itself is a peace of art. One of the most beautiful buildings in town. The bar and restaurant staff great. Pauline, the front desk person was a great person with us!

The very modern and artistic interiors feature marble floors, stairs and railings. The entire hotel's colour scheme is beautifully done in whites, beiges and maroons, with rich gold detailing. 10++ even from our arrival. The check in receptionist was great, he offered us late check out, free breakfast (but we sleep a lot and didn't go) Also they gave us free dinner (normal 18 euro), this we ate because we where very tired and this offer came perfectly for us and we thank them very much. Staff excellent the location is superb and perfectly placed If you stay there park at Damascus gate and then walk 500 meters (parking around 20 euro) If ever in Jerusalem for sure this is our number one option.
