Everything about this property is charming. Roy and Sharon are super helpful and kind and their staff, polite and noninvasive. As a solo traveller or as a couple this place is really perfect. There is some good cheaper accommodation in Panjim but I would not stay anywhere else again and plan to return. You are right in the heart of the old quarter and you can reach everything on foot. Really you can’t go wrong here.

We absolutely loved this resort. Mr Alex and ALL of the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The bed was comfortable, we didn’t use the pool but had a wonderful view of it from our 1st floor balcony. The breakfast was delicious and you could order freshly cooked food such as bacon, eggs etc. Everything was wonderful and if we had the chance we would have stayed longer. The resort is also located within a short 2-3 min walk to shops, restaurants and the beach via back gate.

Spread over 5 acres of land, Beleza By The Beach is located in Goa, along the sandy beaches of Colva Beach. With tastefully designed rooms and villas, it offers an outdoor pool and free WiFi. We loved the room (superior double room) space, it's cleanliness and amenities, and for that our tank's to Ms. Shobha who managed to do a great and professional job. This is extended to Mr. Arvind for having in his ranks such cleaning professionals. We would also like to express our thanks to the Hotel Chef who brilliantly cooked two delicious lobsters, upon our request. Speaking about food, both Hotel restaurants have a good variety of dishes in their menus and the food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was delicious. Overall experience: we will definitely return, also because unfortunately we were unable to visit Old Goa or Fontainhas, both on Good Friday and Saturday, due to local regulations for foreigners.
