We had a lovely room, spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated - just like the rest of the hotel really. The style is very modern and warm at the same time. We slept in excellent comfortable and snug beds with really soft sheets, and we trully enjoyed the nice shower and coffee facilities in the room. The morning breakfast was lovely, with homemade cakes, smoked salmon and lots of other Icelandic delicacies. Also here, the owners prove they have an eye for detail serving breakfast in beautiful tea cups, plates and cutlery. The owner is very welcoming and friendly and helpful, and gave a number of useful suggestions for visiting the city. She makes you feel at home right away. Upon arrival, we also enjoyed some tea and home made chocolate cake which makes you relax right away. Location is close to the main shopping street, not far from the large parc and easily reachable from the airport as well. Free parking onsite was handy and wifi was of good quality. We would certainly recommend staying here.

We could store luggage and were able to check in a little early.
