Wonderful personal touches by both Simona and Alberto. They were very kind, accommodating and gave us personally tested recommendations for restaurants nearby. Definitely try their home made "Orange cello".

A stylish, upmarket hotel in an excellent position. Huge pool and plenty of surrounding space, lots of loungers, plenty of shade. Very good choice at breakfast - sitting on the terrace looking past the fountain across to the lake is very enjoyable! If you want to swim in the lake, there's access just across the road. The nearest ferry is not in Stresa but in Carcione, about 600m on the left as you exit the hotel. Isola Bella and Isola Pescatoti (Superiore) are a must to visit
