Nestled on the hills overlooking Aosta, this family-run hotel offers panoramic views, an outdoor pool and a wellness centre. All traditional style rooms include flat-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The historic town centre is 1 km away. The staff was especially accommodating and the breakfast was exceptional. It had every variety of breakfast foods available. The hot tub was a real treat and it was included with the room! The room was spacious with two double beds which were comfortable. The free parking was nice. However if walking to town and back, it is a steep walk on the return. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel --the location, the food, the people, the environment, the rooms, and the overall experience-- is simply special. It merits its own category in a way (Magical Places that you think about when you have a bad day and wish you could snap your fingers and arrive at). We loved it and can't wait to return.
