It is great for couples. The room was clean and spacious. You can use the open air bath as many times as you like and with privacy. We'll never forget the beautiful view of Mt Fuji from our room. The hotel also has a footbath on the rooftop and you can see Mt Fuji and Lake Fuji Kawaguchiko on a clear day. It was also lovely being served green tea on arrival in our rooms. We loved our stay.

Located on a hilltop and overlooking Lake Kawaguchi, the hotel serves French dinner with an advance reservation. This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. The view of Mount Fuji is absolutely phenomenal from every space in the hotel. The staff are wonderful and helpful and so kind. The building, the room, and the facilities are all perfect. Being able to watch the sunrise and sunset of Mount Fuji from your bed is such a wonderful experience. We were lucky and able to book the private rooftop onsen for our 1 night stay, and it was amazing. The breakfast was great and, of course, also came with an amazing view of Mount Fuji, The free bike rentals and the shuttle were wonderful bonuses.

It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. Beautiful hotel, with private and quiet rooms that were spacious and well kept. Close to the red bus stop 4, Ohashi Bridge and restaurants/supermarket. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They organised a taxi for us to get out to Chuerita Pagoda at the crack of dawn. The private onsen and breakfast were the highlights of our stay.

The property is a 15-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. I loved everything. The location of the property is very strategic. It’s not on the main road (so not very busy) but only a few hundred meters away. Mount Fuji can be clearly seen right in the middle, making this property exceeded my expectation. The room/villa is exactly like the description, it has everything we needed and it was very well kept. The property is near two Hoto noodle restaurants (a must try while you’re there!). It is only four bus stops away from Oishi Park with its stunning view of bright red Kokia during autumn (and lavender in summer). Hiro-san from the property was super helpful and friendly, giving us travel tips and attending to our needs responsively.
