I was hoping the later check-out will be availiable, however, it was not. I could still keep my luggage in the locker room.

Front office staff Aedan was one of the most pleasant receptionist i have met, along with his teammates and front office manager, Trevor, Arafaath and manager bhanuka, was always met with smiles and warm greetings and ensured everything was well. I took Bnb for my stay and i have to give a hats off applause for the kitchen staff Imaadh, he personally made sure i liked whats on the buffet and made his own recommendations and always ready to serve with a smile. Of all my visits to different hotel chains, this is the first time i am leaving a personalized message because raddison colombo made feel home away from home. Also the house keeping and security guards are exceptional.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and were well stocked with all the basic amenities. We didn't need anything further. The staff checked in to see if we were happy with our room, which was a nice touch. Breakfast the next day was excellent. Good portion sizes and very tasty. Not overly complex or fancy, but it did the job. Location is central and there is good parking.
