This hotel was recommended in Lonely Planet and did not disappoint! The architecture of the building was beautiful and gardens surrounded all of the rooms. The courtyard was quiet and a great place to enjoy a book and some local coffee. The breakfasts served were outstanding: fresh, filling, and a good price! (For us, it was included in the reservation and was well worth it.) The rooms were clean, had sufficient storage, and were comfortable. We hit major traffic getting to the hotel and did not arrive in Xalapa until late, but we wrote to the hotel through the Booking app and they stayed up for us. I'd definitely go again!

I have no complains about this hotel, to be honest, I could enjoy most of the common areas with my small chihuahua. We felt welcomed by the staff since the beginning and the food is very good. My husband is usually very picky about hotels and this fulfilled his expectations and needs. The beds are so comfortable, even though we could slept with out any disturbance from the bedroom or the surroundings. More over the location is pretty convenient for hood food, entertainment, shopping and beach time. We are definitely coming back for longer time to take a break and enjoy the city.

Very Nice hotel!!
