It houses an outdoor pool and provides complimentary Wi-Fi access and private parking spaces. Very efficient and clean. The best part were the staff, extremely helpful and go out of their way. My wife told them it was my birthday and the entire staff gathered round my room for a surprise happy birthday. Really nice! Also the location is excellent, just 5 mins by car to Cenang beach or 15 minutes walk. No complaints.

Excellent customer service: We were very kindly greeted by Maureen and provided with a welcome drink and all the paperwork was processed while we enjoyed ourselves at the lobby. Food restaurant management and options were fantastic: while only one restaurant is open (Senari), it provides a variety of international and local dishes on the a la carte menu which were all delicious and flavorful (we tried 3 pizza varieties, 4 local dishes and several options from the kids menu which were never disappointing). We also tried their dinner buffet and it was fantastic. Also the service staff were really great particularly Syed who went out of his way to ensure we had a full table of breakfast option when we arrived late for breakfast. 3. To and from boat transfers: was an enjoyable experience for our family going to and from the hotel. 4. Stunning views: scenic views of Langkawi and we took beautiful pictures of our trip. 5. We had the two bedroom suite and it was spacious, with a beautiful terrace with a garden view and the beds were very comfortable. 6. While we were there for a short while so we didn’t try it out, it was nice to have options for bicycle renting (for 10RM / hour) and a variety of table games like pool, monopoly etc.
