Located in the centre of Kuantan, the hotel is located less than 2 km from Dewan Taman Budaya. The overall standard of AC Hotel Kuantan is not inferior to hotels in big cities. The counter receptionists had good attitudes, especially Ms. Lynn. She was professional and friendly. She happened to be the one handling check-in and check-out. When checking out, she remembered that I had booked 3 rooms. I originally booked 2 deluxe king rooms and 1 premium king room with sofa bed on the booking.com website, but the counter directly upgraded the 3 rooms to the more expensive premium king room with sofa bed at no additional cost. They also helped arrange 3 rooms side by side so that we could take care of each other. Even the housekeeping staff i met at the corridor was also very polite and friendly. The hotel should be newly renovated and the whole hotel is very new. The room is very spacious, very clean and comfortable, and has large windows that allow outside light to shine into the room. The room has sufficient equipment, a safe, ironing board and iron, slippers, etc. The king-size bed is huge, and the pillows, quilts, and mattresses are clean and comfortable. The toilet cubicles are also very good. I like the bath products prepared by the hotel, which are scented with fruits and plants. The breakfast options are also good, with Chinese, Western, and local food. I would highly recommend AC Hotel to everyone. After staying in the AC Hotel by Marriott, I decided to join their Marriott Bonvey membership programme 😀

Breakfast was perfect.

The property is about 1.6 km from Kuantan Recreational Parks. Heroes Museum and Masjid Sultan Ahmad Shah are within 2.4 km away. The whole set up as indistrial and minimalsm were eventually made the stay more meaningful. The space was beautifully done. Rooms were spacious.

Surrounded by lush greenery, Highlanders Garden Guesthouse is a 3-minute walk to the town centre of Tanah Rata. This guesthouse is only a 5-minute drive from well-known strawberry farms. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all the hotel rooms. The guesthouse was really well located. Close to restaurants, shops and to walks. Despite being close to these things it was peaceful. The guesthouse was very clean and the staff were lovely. The guesthouse sits within a beautiful garden with a lovely coy fish pond.

Rocana Hotel is located in the heart of Kuantan, just a 5-minute walk from Berjaya Megamall. It provides spacious rooms fitted with beautiful wood furnishings and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Hotel Rocana’s rooms are fully air conditioned and feature an en suite bathroom, a flat-screen TV and a writing desk. Some rooms have a seating area. Nice breakfast. Room big, clean and comfortable 🙂

Totally different from my last visit. It’s really worth to stay here. The Mall is so near if you need to buy something.

The property is so surreal. It’s majestic and beautiful. The rooms are cosy and the bathroom is squeaky clean. The ambience is awesome and the staffs are wonderful.

I think it's the most beautiful place in Cameron Highlands. Second time to stay in this beautiful hotel and everything was excellent.
