Beautifully situated by the Geiranger Fjord, Grande Fjord Hotel offers rooms with cable TV and private bathrooms. Most rooms have private balconies with stunning fjord views. Free WiFi is available in common areas. The hotel is amazing - everything about it is perfect: location, staff, facilities, food, rooms. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in (and we travel a lot). Definitely the best in our Norway journey.

All rooms at Hotel Union have a private bathroom with shower. Bathrobes and slippers are added for extra comfort. Some rooms offer fjord views.
Great location, beautiful scenic walk by the waterfall to the village or trail paths from the front door for more energetic hikes. Hotel was lovely, staff were great. For dinner I opted for pizza in the bar area which was delicious, and breakfast was excellent.
Pool area was also great.

The location is just superb…..right at the edge of Geiranger fjord……the view from the hotel was splendid…..it is by far the best located hotel in the region. The hotel staff were prompt to accommodate us to a room facing the fjord and the sight from there was one to behold….never have I seen such gorgeous views from so up close. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is good…..particularly loved the olive paste they served.

The room was very comfortable. Stunning views from the balcony. The breakfast had great variety. Staff was extremely friendly and they made sure we were taken care of as we had a early start.

The location of the cabin is great, from terrace all the fjord is at our feet. Also, is a great start/end point of amazing scenic routes and this is one of the reasons why we booked here. The staff is nice, and helpful and the pet friendly policy was highly appreciated by us. We were also lucky to have good weather and we had no reason to stay too much inside, only for sleeping. A nice pathway leads to a waterfall in the close proximity and all area looks lovely

Wondeful view of the fjord and mountains ! House very nice outside and inside. Very well arranged, designed and equipped! Closed to hiking path starts. Would love to come again!

Location was great (away from the cruise ship tourists but near great viewpoints and the waterfall). Food was lovely, staff very helpful especially the chef who tried to cater for my son's dietary requirements.

Too bad we only got to stay for one night... Stunning view of the fjord and the waterfall from the room. Comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. Very good breakfast too.

Welcoming staff, clean, spacious common areas, lovely position out of main town with great views of fjord and the endless comings and goings of boats and cruise ships, wide choice for breakfast, courtesy taxi from hotel to town, ample parking, balcony room worth it for the view.

We loved our stay here at Solhaug Fjordcamping. The cabin was lovely : clean, decorated with taste and well equiped (in the minimalist way which was perfect). The view from our cabin was also stunning ! Sonja, the owner, was really nice and kind with us, she made the stay better than it could have ever been. We recommend this place :) !
