Free WiFi is available in common areas. We were very tired after a long drive & went to the reception to check in. The staff ( very pleasant, cheerful young lady Janina ) told us our booking was from the next day, she said she will sort it out & gave us an upgrade to a room with a panoramic view of the Fjords. Hospitality staff like her are the plus points for the property . We interacted with the founder of the hotel Ola, a very fine gentleman. The Jacuzzi with a view of the Fjords, complimentary Nespresso coffee machines everywhere, use of the washing machine and a dryer were very helpful. 🙏

Located in a quiet oceanfront area on the island of Averøy, this former Bacalao (salt modified and dried cod) factory has been restored into a rustic guesthouse. The brightly decorated studio apartments tell you the ancient history of the building. The rooms come with views of the Atlantic Ocean from French balconies. Kristiansund town center is 10km away. The Atlantic Ocean Road is 25km away. We loved the sea, the location over the water, the great fishing & crabbing, the views, the charm of the accommodation and the very helpful host, Thomas. A good idea to bring wetsuits to be able to make the most of the sea and underwater beauty.

Håholmen Havstuer’s cosy, cabin-style rooms feature free Wi-Fi internet access, wooden floors and a private bathroom. Some are housed in traditional buildings dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries. Fantastic place with lots of history. Stayed in 300 year old room. Very good food in restaurant. Klippfisk was absolutely superb. Breakfast was very good with many choices hot and cold. Highly recommend to stay at this place if you travel the Atlanterhavsroad.

Everything within short walking distance, right on the water with fabulous views, great breakfast, great sitting areas, friendly staff, very comfortable beds. It is possible to book meals. Our stay was truly excellent.

Bedrooms at Sagafjord Hotel are modern in design, each with a private bathroom. The rooms are decorated to reflect the surrounding nature, with calm tones and wood furnishings. We stayed in many nice hotels during our road trip in Norway, however this one is by far one of the best! It’s very quiet and peaceful with a breathtaking view to the fjord, the staff were great and very kind, the food was excellent (thank you to the chef who could accommodate the menu to our likings).
