Reception team was very polite, professional, friendly and always there to help in case of any queries. Breakfast buffet was really nice with loads of options. Would love to stay here and with Thon hotels again!!

All rooms at Smarthotel Tromsø have Dux beds, a work desk and a private bathroom with shower. The location of the hotel is just perfect. Every important landmark is accessible by foot. I loved the fact that I could get free coffee from the lobby whenever I pleased since I am a coffee drinker and I was continuesly busy with tours or exploring the city. All the tours booked had the pick up near by Smarthotel, 3-6 minutes walking distance and it was really convenient, especially that the streets were kind of icy and walking for long distance was not very easy. The room had a great heating system and most of the times I would not even use it for long period since the room was getting warm really quick. I also liked the fact that housekeeping noise level was kept at minimum andI have never had my rest disturbed.
