After a trip of 11 hours from Oslo, we were very welcome by Mr. Rubad, that was very kind and provided all the information that we need. Very kind staff, incredible breakfast where I must mention Mrs. Giselda, at the front desk of the first meal on the morning, has extraordinary sympathy and a very professional way of taking care of the client's issues. This refurbished 1800s manor house is in Flåm, 200 metres from the Aurlandsfjord. It provides a restaurant, a large garden and free WiFi access. All rooms have views towards the Aurlandsfjord or the surrounding mountains. Property location was immense, set in a magical snow valley, we went in December and the place was brilliant

The rooms feature a flat-screen TV with streaming services via Cromecast. All rooms have a private bathroom with bath or shower and a hairdryer. The room was sparkling clean. The space was big and there were a sofa, a little working table, and a small wardrobe. The bathroom was also spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Nice big windows to a quiet street, complimentary coffee and tea, delicious waffles in the evening, and breakfast in the morning. I would definitely go back!

Vangsgaarden Gjestgiveri is located in the oldest buildings in the village of Aurland. Situated on the shores of Aurlandsfjord, it offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Guests can also enjoy free WiFi. Very kind staff, cute and well decorated rooms, comfortable beds and great showers. Excellent location and delicious breakfast.
