Walk a few steps to front of property with panoramic sea views out to white Island; New Zealand only marine volcano. My Husband and I walked along the Beach then, had a beautiful breakfast at a Cafe just 5 minute walk from our gorgeous little accommodation. Such a great place to stay. I would recommend Ohope Beach to every Traveler looking for somewhere to stay. Beautiful beach, Fabulous Cafes and Restaurants, Grocery Stores and a couple of pretty Little Boutique and Gift shops if your looking for that special little something.

Each apartment includes a 32-inch flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a kitchen or kitchenette with a stove, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. Some offer a lovely garden view. The room was super clean, very comfortable and roomy.

Guests can enjoy fine dining in the restaurant or indulge in a massage or treatment at the day spa. Exceptional location, service, with friendly welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time in New Zealand. Everything was immaculate and so well done. Getting to pet the ponies and sheep and donkeys while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake was a bonus!

All rooms have their own private bathroom featuring bathrobes, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Each offers lovely garden views, with an alarm clock, a wardrobe, and a Smart FHD LCD TV with over 50 cable channels including sport and movies. All rooms have window insect screens for your comfort. David and Tatiana are wonderful hosts. They were welcoming, organized and helpful. Our room was so comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being able to use the guest lounge area as well. Breakfasts were fabulous with plenty of choices - a great way to start the day. We found the location great for doing day trips (by car) to Maunganui, up towards Coromandel and down to Rotorua. Also enjoyed being able to walk to a local restaurant. Thank you David and Tatiana for making Tauranga a memorable experience!

Grocery store nearby.

Silver Fern Rotorua Suites & Spa is 10 minutes’ drive from the famous Polynesian Spa and Mitai Maori Village. Rotorua Airport is a 15-minute drive away. Clean, tidy, no-pressure helpful staff. Thoughtful extras like bath-salts, Nespreso, Sky TV, and much more. Great quality shower and spa pool. hotel was fully booked, but there were still free parking spots.

Trinity Wharf Tauranga includes an infinity edge swimming pool exclusively for hotel guests, an award-winning restaurant, conference and function spaces, free parking, room service, free unlimited WiFi, 24/7 reception and a private pontoon. View was fantastic. Room was fabulous, loved the bathroom- spa and heated flooring.
