We felt very welcomed from start to end. Rooms were amazing clean tidy and enough room so we could all sit together and eat. Pool was amazing couldn’t have asked for better.

I really liked the color scheme of the room. The owners are amazing and really helpful.

The rooms at BK’s feature kitchens with microwave, comfortable recliner armchairs and satellite TV. Guests have access to on-site laundry facilities, safe luggage storage and bicycle storage. When my flight was canceled and I was having trouble connecting to my return flight the next day. The receptionist Jody helped me make a reservation for an intercity night bus and a taxi to the bus stop. She was so helpful and professional. There were two large sofas in the room and it was very relaxing. The sink is well polished and perfect clean.

Just 5 minutes' walk from Rotorua city centre, this motel features a heated swimming pool and free WiFi. It offers accommodation with thermal heating and a private patio. Some studios also include a hot tub. Absolutely wonderful owner who took the time to make urgent adjustments to cater for my needs. The room was with full kitchen with all amenities. Bathroom was clean and th3 shower was fantastic. Beds were cozy and clean. Room was perfect. I felt very happy here and would recommend to stay.
