They also helped us to get a taxi and visit the Maras and Moray sites. Hotel itself is made from different small buildings and with a big garden in the middle. They also have massage, sauna and jacuzzi which we've done and it was very relaxing.

The elegant rooms feature regional fabrics and typical local design. All have a private balcony with views of the natural environment, an LCD TV and an exclusive marble bathroom. The hotel is beautiful, quiet, next to a peaceful river and surrounded by trees and green areas. My suite facing the gardens was spectacular and my bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have used in my life. The breakfast buffet which runs til 10am was exquisite and the tea station was the fanciest I have ever enjoyed. The best part of the hotel however were the PEOPLE. It's clear to me from the moment I entered and every call I made that these professionals have not only studied about hospitality but have received countless trainings because they really do their best to make you feel like a king and queen. Incredibly kind, smart, and warm humans. I slept soundly, danced freely with their jbl blue tooth speaker and enjoyed a very memorable bubble bath. Their pools and spas were gorgeous and their private beer bar was delightful. When you go be sure to make time to sit and read outside the breakfast area to see the urubamba river and watch the birds and butterflies. I drank many teas outdoors and I will always remember those quiet moments. When you go to the game area definitely enjoy a round of Sapo 🐸 and Id you don't know how to play ask a staff member. it's a traditional Peruvian game that can be enjoyed alone or with friends.

Incredibly generous host let me leave my motorcycle and bags at the hotel for two days while I visited Machu Picchu. Amazing.

Everything was beautiful in our room, fire lit and every night in our whirl pool! it really was luxury and a stay we will never forget. staff went above and beyond and we enjoyed our trout farm visit too!

Far enough from the town center to be quiet (though you can hear the train from anywhere in town) but easy to walk to downtown or the Ollytantambo ruins (or pay a few soles for a taxi). The staff was very friendly and helpful.
