Citadines hotels never dissapoint, love the spacious room and its amenities. Appreciate that they provided a water gallon in each room instead of a shared one in the hallway. Breakfast was delicious although the cafe was packed so it took a while to get your order. The staff was so helpful, they assisted us with a transfer car to another hotel we were checking into when we couldn't get taxi/grab in the middle of the night.

Great hotel, best location in manilla in my opinion. Staff is super professional and experienced. I read comments that they don’t help with luggage which is absolutely not true. The guys at the door were super helpful. And got our lugage to and from the room. They helped with taxi’s and were very chatty. Special thanks to Darius who was very helpfully and amazing with our daughter 🙏🏽.

Free parking is provided. 1. 房间设施非常符合我对星级酒店的期待 2. 服务很专业，标准化流程 3. 有个小孩泳池，我们一家人在泳池玩得很开心。还有个健身房 4. 自助早餐种类相当丰富，感觉可以满足各种口味要求 5. 位置非常好，对面就是green belt，green belt和landmark还有sm都是内部联通的，逛一整天都逛不完。可惜我没该走的时候才逛到sm的区域，没有逛完。 这里是我在菲律宾期间住得最舒服的一家了。物有所值。酒店非常多商务人事入住，还有其他国家航空公司的员工过来入住。
