The air-conditioned villas at Pai Tan feature flat-screen satellite TVs. Decorated with wooden furnishings, it also comes with a personal safe and minibar. The property was beautiful. The villas are spacious, clean, cleaned daily and provided with cold water. The pool is really nice and the landscaping was great. Location to the town was perfect. good recommendations from staff. beach was only a 4-5 min walk away and lots of great restaurants close. However best of all was the staff. small family run business. Most of our interactions were with Charm the manager (son of the family). He was so kind and helpful. He also helped schedule and book our ferry tickets to Koh Phi Phi and Krabi. So far our best stay experience in Thailand (Bang Tao beach) with some of the nicest people. And even one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world. Thanks Charm and family!

Boathouse is a 60-minute drive from Phuket Airport and a 20-minute drive from the stunning sunsets at Promthep Cape. Pair the receptionist and the whole staff were phenomenal. I’ve never had such and amazing experiences in a hotel before. and the food at the hotel restaurant is very nice

Floor-to-ceiling window allows plenty of natural daylight. The luxury bathroom features a separate bathtub and walk-in shower with premium bath amenities. Pool Villas have a private swimming pool for utmost privacy. The service in Renaissance was beyond excellent. Everyone greeted us with a smile, and made it a point to ensure we had a comfortable stay. (Special shoutout to Golf who gave my husband and I a wonderful evening yoga class, the other gym instructor (couldn't catch his name) who always welcomed us to the gym with a bright smile and R who was always making sure my husband and I had an amply supply of water and were comfortable when we hung out at the poolside.) The entire resort was very clean, including all the toilets within the resort. All the facilities are very well equipped, from the gym and the changing room within the gym, to the pool. The 2 restaurants in Renaissance, Loco Vore and Takieng, served excellent food as well! The breakfast buffet was amazing - I would highly recommend any guests to the accomodation to include it in your stay.
