One of the best staffs to ensure the stay is wonderful. I am forgetting the names of the receptionist team. They made sure the guests were having an amazing stay. The male and the female on the reception from greeting and making sure we have all that we need all the time. They are amazing and the hotel itself is in a prime location.

The tram station, which allows an easy access to other central sites of the city, is also within a walk. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. The staff very friendly especially mr.Bayran and his assistant Sami, room clean hotel location is perfect. Looking to come again

A variety of restaurants ranging from fast food to local and international dining are within walking distance. The whole place looks like perfect for the great feel it has and the great staff who run the show!!! It started from the first moment of arrival to the last minute upon departure. Tuncay at the reception was exceptional and had a great approach, Oğulcan is amazing, have to say that the 3 ladies at the breakfast area are wonderful Zehra, Birgül and Ayṣe made it to the point always answering my expectations 🤗🤗🇹🇷🇹🇷🙏🙏

Daily buffet breakfast is served with a wide selection of Turkish and international delicacies including omelette and eggs choices. Guests can enjoy all day à la carte menu with signature Turkish flavors at Ocak Restaurant and enjoy special cocktails at Brasserie Roi. the room was amazing. the designers preserved the architatural history perfectly and still made it look very luxurious. the staff was very professional and helped us book the best placed to visit like a hamam and a restuarant. but the best restaurant we visited was actually the one in the hotel itself. superb! in the morning I had breakfast and a coffee at the bar/cafe of the hotel. great bartender and here as well the designers made a cool looking bar unlike any other in the neighbourhood

Sultanahmet Square is just 300 metres and the Blue Mosque. That is a very nice hotel with an amazing terrace view and excellent breakfast. The location of the hotel is very close to major touristic places and the grand basar. Special thanks to hotel staff.

Istiklal Avenue is only 5-minute walk. I stayed in this hotel for two nights, I want to thank all the hotel staff, especially the hotel manager, gem, for his wonderful treatment. He really honored us with a good reception and providing all the necessary needs. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and it is located near Galata Tower, Istiklal Street and vital places, and the staff are doing their job Wonderful, an extra bed was also provided without any problems even though the extra person was not included in the booking plan.
