Scent Premium Hotel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter, just 2 minutes’ walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. It has free Wi-Fi. All rooms have windows with city or lake views. The hotel is situated at the heart of the old quarters. And yet is away from all the noise of the street. The hotel is nice and cozy which gets even better with how the staff treats you. You are treated like a king with staff going out of their way to get what you wanted. Mr tam at reception was great, would highly recommend this hotel

I recently stayed several days with my family in this wonderful hotel. From the time we booked until we left, the customer service has been absolutely amazing. The hotel manager Ms. My is the most kind and helpful person I have ever come across. I think I have asked her about a million question before even arriving and everytime I got a prompt repsonse back with the answers I needed. They arranged our trips for us to Halong Bay and Sapa and when we got sick, they re-arranged everything for us and ensured we could still go. The hotel itself is lovely, the rooms are a nice size, the bathroom really large and the beds comfortable. The staff are all really kind. The breakfast buffet is very nice and has something for everyone. If we ever find our way back to Hanoi, we will definately be staying here again. We absolutely recommend staying here.
