The hotel is beautiful, the room too and really clean, the location is great to go to the beach, the staff members are nice, even if we couldn't really communicate apart for one who speaks French enough (I speak French and English).
The Breakfast they serve is really delicious and generous. The water bottles outside of the rooms are practical since you can't drink water from the sink.
I arrived late (around 9pm) but the staff was nice about it.
The owner/the staff helped me find a way to leave Punta Rucia, which is sketchy when you don't have a car.
