Very typical hotel with very welcoming, kind and helpful staff. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, spacious, very comfortable, with modern equipment (WIFI with good speed) and very well heated. Dinner and breakfast were simple but of very good quality. A very good stay and I really recommend it.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is fantastic. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the view of the caves from the balcony was wonderful. I walked to the caves (30 minutes from the hotel to the ticket booth) along the road as it was very quiet, but the hotel offered a free transfer service too. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good range of choice. The restaurant for dinner was lovely and the staff were very attentive.

The Lady who takes care of guests was very friendly and helpful. She even pointed out that we lost screws on our wheel and maybe even saved our lives, so God bless this woman :) Shower was working, and it took like 20 min to warm up the place when we arrived. Everything was great ;)
