Wonderful hotel, very beautiful design, spacious and clean rooms with everything you need. Comfortable beds. We were on vacation in January, and despite the frost outside, the hotel was very warm. Tasty breakfast. The owners were very hospitable and ready to help with everything. Definitely one of the best hotels in Georgia!

it was very warm, very cozy, strong feeling that owner cares about his houses, evething was almost new( ferniture), well equipment kitchen. Big terrory around the houses, small kid always had what to do aand where to go.

Very good communication with host. Pleasant people and easy check in. Also they gave us some present homemade liquor during check out, which is really nice. One more good thing that breakfast is included. The house itself looks good but have some little problems with garden bugs.
