The hotel staff were the highlight of our stay: warm, welcoming and very genuine. Food at the restaurant was also excellent (Georgian and European cuisine), as was the extensive high-quality Georgian wine list - both food and drink were a wholly reasonable price too, especially compared with other high-end hotels in the country. The live music at the weekend was good, as was the overall atmosphere in the bar/ restaurant. And of course the outdoor pool and its setting is the icing on the cake.

Location was amazing, hotel is located between mountains, trees all around the place, very quite and wonderful to relax and relief all the city stress. Breakfast is phenomenal, probably the best breakfast I ever had at a hotel, definitely a ten. Staff were really nice and polite and absolutely helpful, Konstantin at the restaurant was amazing he was helpful from the start and we were really happy to have him.

Surprisingly good. The full board food was the highlight of our stay. We couldn’t stop eating. breakfast has an omelette station, lunch pasta station, and dinner sometimes crepe station. I don’t usually like hotel breakfasts because they’re not the best quality. But here I loved it. the coffee machine makes great coffee too. And selection of food each time is varied and something that would satisfy many tastes.

A clean and contemporary property out in the mountains. Great breakfast and the staff were nice and friendly. We absolutely loved the views around the hotel. The manager Mr Davit Kenia spared no effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay.

The location and hotel itself were super nice. Even though you have to ride a good road to there from anywhere else, it is worth it. The place, the food, the pool, everything was great and I catch myself thinking about coming back to this place sometime soon.

Room was small but comfortable. Warm. Food was tasty. Meal time is very flexible: breakfast 8.30-10.30, lunch 13.30-15.30, dinner 18.00-20.00. Bus to the spa every hour. During reservation hotel made discount for more than 7 days (inclusively) stay.

It’s was our third trip to Sairme Resort. Glad that everything stayed the same. Stuff was very kind and helpful. Here is the most delicious buffet from all hotels we visited before. We will come back again for sure.
