We liked everything. The location is beautiful with a great view onto the vineyards and Lake Balaton. The owners are really friendly and welcoming. We loved their dog (Bonzo) and 2 cats (Tigris and Leo). Breakfast was fresh and delicious. We’ll be back. Thank you again!

WONDERFUL and very welcoming host, very attentive, gave us a map of local places to see (winners, restaurants etc.) as it was our first time in Lake Balaton it helped us massively. Pictures do not give justice to the place, we were absolutely shocked how much better it looks in real live. very clean, fresh linen massive amount of back storage. property was in a perfect location, house it’s just at the end of the road, so you don’t get much traffic whatsoever, very quiet, we had an apartment with mountain view, absolutely stunning, you can also get a glimpse of sunrise at the morning on the other side of the property.
ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!! we would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling in that location and we would definitely come back again

Lovely place to stay because of the surroundings. It was very quiet and peaceful. Even if it was a little bit cold there (in september) two electric heaters were provided. We were welcomed with a little gift from the owner which was a nice gesture.

The hosts were lovely, the room was enormous with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden, it was easy to find and nothing was too much trouble even though we were only staying 1 night. It was fabulous!!!!!

Fancy place fulfilling all your expectations. You can swiim in the lake Balaton, eat a great food and drink good wine in the wine yards if you want to. But there are excellent non-alcoholic drinks made from the local fruits, as well! The small villages to the South give you an enchanting experience.

Badacsonytomaj is an interesting place. There were a few sweet local beaches onto the lake and some nice hills for walking. It’s great to get a car out of the local town and explore the surrounding villages which have more to offer. The people were friendly and restaurants nearby nice. It feels very safe and has a tranquil, sleepy feel to it. The town itself could do with a bit more investment in infrastructure. The local beach was nice though and family friendly. Tapolca, Kezsthely and Tihany are worth visiting nearby.

Dinner and breakfast ist offered which is nice for off season travel when most other restaurants in the area are closed. Its a simple apartment however for the price its very clean and spacious. We also had a privat bathroom (however this could be because we visited in September and the rooms were not fully booked). Close to the lake and in a central location for visiting most sights. All in all it was one of the best and cheapest hotels on our entire travel :)! perfect for travelling on a budget
