Sightseeing was interesting.
Sightseeing was interesting. Good for nature lovers and pilgrims. Food was good. To visit temples which are mostly on hills. you have to walk 300-400 steps. Delwara temple is a must see. Good for shopping. better to hire a cab to visit the places of interest. Brahmakumaris Meditation hall is also to be seen.

The air quality is good here and the hill top position means it is pleasantly cooler than the rest of the state. The weird shaped boulders that surround the town are very similar in composition and energy to those at Hampi.
Visitors are spoiled for choice for places to eat.
The day sight seeing tour was disappointing to me, but if you are planning to stay more than 3 days, it is useful to get a feel of where you may like to explore more. I recommend having a walk around the back streets outside of town where you get to meet real locals rather than retailers.

Its just a one time visit place.
Its just a one time visit place. You cant spend more than 1 day. The only attraction is Nakki lake and that is also overcrowded. Boating is risky too. They take 200Rs per person and Life jackets are charged separately. People who manage Boating, do not even bother to provide you life jackets. Life jackets are so dirty that it stings like anything. Boats are okay but i found this very risky. If something happens, then there are no rescue measures. Its overpriced. Another attraction is Guru shikhar. Okay place but not that great. Also please note that there is a saree shop who claims that sarees are made by the local aadiwasi. But be cautious as we bought sarees and they are absolutely third grade. In case, your cab guy ask you to buy sarees from there then buy at your own risk. We were fooled actually. So overall its 1 day trip and not more than that. Traffic is horrible and there is no traffic regulations. People were driving recklessly and I didn't find any Traffic Police on the roads. This was my first and last trip to mount Abu.

Mt. Abu Is very scenic and lots of places see.
Mt. Abu Is very scenic and lots of places see. Views from the hills are fantastic and the air is cool and fresh.
This is our 3rd time here and love the place.
Own transport is suggested if possible but there are taxi services available.
I just visited Mount Abu with my family. The location of the Resort is really good. It is nearby the gurushikar main road which makes it easy to visit various places in Mount Abu. The staff of the Resort is just excellent. They are always at service with a smile and they are always ready to help their guests. In entire Mount Abu, The Village Resort has the best food. Breakfast variety is just amazing. We are very happy to stay here.
It is a noble and distinguished hotel dating back to British India which here and there needs a little bit of renovation but looks really great and interesting. We had a beautiful, big room with a wonderful view of the mountains. We liked that a lot. The bathroom was old but very clean and there was always hot water. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was rich and really delicious. We also liked the dinner a lot.
The location of the hotel is perfect, very near to the main market place near nakki Lake and short distances from most of the other attractions nearby like Dilwara, Trevor's tank and guru shikhar.
Hot water too is available throughout the day which is very welcome during winters especially.
The staff is very friendly and respond promptly to any request. Overall a very well-run hotel.
I recently stay at Hari niwas a boutique garden resort .The staff at the hari Niwas in Mount Abu were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through Mount Abu. The property is away from city so it's very good and peaceful atmosphere.
its a small boutique resort away from maddening rush of mount abu. if you want to really come and feel the peace of mount abu then you should book this resort. they have a small garden and 8 cottages. i was upgrades to glass house with some charge and it was really amazing. food is superb and service is very personal and exceptional
Undoubtedly a good hotel. Little expensive in comparison with the facilities offered. Overpriced by about 15% since there is no gym, massage is outsourced. It's not being fair to the customers to charge excessively. Food, services are very good. Overall, even at a high price, good experience.
the owner was so sweet. The staffs were also very kind, they were all willing to help me. I arrived at their place at night with exhaustion, but they warmly welcomed me, and gave me suggestions of place to see in Mount Abu.
Beautiful experience at the hotel. Stay was really good. Location of the hotel is good. My daughter enjoyed the stay.
Cool garden and surroundings. We love the staff members. Staffs were good and very supportive.
Not satisfied in all the aspects of the hotel. Very poor behaviour of the staff, unhealthy, unhygienic, clamsy rooms, darty bathroom. Had to fight with the manager to get our choice breakfast.
