The best part about Evolve Back was the care and attention provided by the entire team. From the management to the housekeeping personnel, courtesy, polite behavior, and helpfulness were genuinely palpable. Interacting with the chefs, naturalists, housekeeping staff, attendants, and boatmen was a delight. Their behavior and the feel they imparted at every step of our stay will be remembered and propagated for a long time! Serai Kabini is an amazing place both for it beautiful cottages and facilities and for its fabulous staff whose hospitality is next level and whose warmth and professionalism make a stay here an absolute joy. My wife and I found Serai Kabini to be a genuine oasis in a sometimes hectic India. The views of the Kabini River, the resident mongoose or the family of monkeys just down the beach, the wonderful food with a huge variety of both Indian dishes to try for the first time and top notch western food options as well, a morning coffee and tea stand outside with a barista who really knew his stuff, the groundskeepers who were always excited to see us as we walked to and from our cottage, the warm campfire that awaited us in the evening if we wanted to enjoy a cocktail there, the excellent complimentary loaner binoculars for each safari, the free traditional coracle boat ride in an instant if you wanted one, the pride and professionalism of the safari staff organizers who made safaris a breeze and connected us with the best naturalists to ensure we saw the most wildlife – all of these are our memories of our stay here. Also a special shout out to Saleem, the front desk manager, who in response to an email from me saying we were likely to miss our first night because of a glitch in our travel plans, drove an hour to rescue us so that we would not miss the 6PM park road closing for the night. That kind of service and hospitality is very rare to find in the world these days! Do yourself a favor and stay at this small, wonderful place.

The place is wonderfyl with backwater but only problem you...
The place is wonderfyl with backwater but only problem you can nor reach water front during monsoon time may be water front is approachable in summer time . road connectivity from Handpost to begur is very bad. Most important there is no petrol pupm in the vicinity , you nearest petrol pump is almost 25 km away . Better full your tank at Hand post before reaching begur or any resorts near by for better mobility and exploration of the place!!
