    Shri Kashi Vishwanath Mandir was the reason we went to Varanasi but we discovered more & more with each passing day. More Mandir, more stories and more discoveries. The city never ceases to surprise you. Narrow streets, zillion shops, food all around and so many faces, you just cant stop getting overwhelmed. This city cant be absorbed in a single lifetime. A must visit once in a life. But yes, be prepared for CRAZY traffic because of Locals + Tourists.

    Varanasi is a pilgrimage city, heritage city with a history of 3000 years. It has a very special appeal and charms to Indians and for foreigners willing to explore India. For me it was a memory revisited after more than 50 years. Varanasi is a place to experience spiritual -the temples, Ganga Aarati, evening cruise - to happy indulgences - famous eateries of so many varieties, shops for souvenirs, Varanasi sarees and everything else, all within a small place. However, the surging and unmanageable crowd coupled with absolutely chaotic and undisciplined traffic that do not allow even a bit of personal space bore one down very soon. Well, still it's an experience to enjoy it to the full.

Best place to perform Yoga and Meditation very early in the morning during sun rise at the ghat. Morning and evening Ganga Aarti is the best attraction to feel the warmness of Hindu Spirituality. Street Foods at Varanasi is at the best with popular joints such as Vatika Pizzeria at Assi Ghat, Popular Batti Choka, Kashi Chaat Bhandar, Shreeji Sweets, Pappu Chai wale etc. to name a few joints to dine and eat food.

    We had to wait little longer for the hotel staff to pick us up. So the hotel manager was really apologetic and upgraded our room to the best room in the hotel. It was very kind of him. The things we liked are: -The Hotel room was exquisite. -The location of the Hotel. Dashashmaved ghat is 2 min walk -The view from the room was the best that you can expect in Varanasi. You can see of the Ganges, sunrise and activities on the ghat and Ganges -The staffs was extremely helpful. They helped us for Darshan and to go to the market.

    Excellent. Best view you will get of the Ganges for a budget traveller. Staff are very friendly and hospitable to any enquiry you have. Food is cooked from scratch. It’s top notch and fresh. Tasty. It’s India so rooms can be a little “different” but overall it’s a great deal. There is a private “shared” balcony for a couple of rooms and a big communal balcony for everyone in the hotel. I would advise you to book if you travel on a budget and like a friendly atmosphere.

    The best hotel in Varanasi. Located in recently rebuilt traditional Indian house. Not only very clean and comfortable rooms, but also delicious Indian food and the owner who treats you as his family. We will miss our talks with the man who knows everything about Indian culture and heritage. Great location 5 minutes walk from the main Ghat is not easy to find at the first time. But you can always contact the owner on WhatsApp.

    In a quieter part of Varanasi which was cheaper than the centre over holy, I just got a 100 rupee rickshaw into town everyday. Nice neighbourhood with shops and restaurants nearby. Room was big and comfy, ac and fan worked well, bed was comfy and the bathroom was perfect. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was speedy. Pretty much perfect and everything you need from a hotel

    The best thing is the location of this hotel. Nearby to Kashi vishwanath temple, kaal bhairav temple, manikarnika ghat, lalit ghat . And also the behaviour of one of the staff named Avik , he is very much generous and helpful person and also very friendly and jolly , he helped us a lot with the location and also guide us with the itinerary for 4 days of our trip to Varanasi.

    Hotel team was great, they went out of their way to help out with taxi bookings, recommendations, etc. The Hotel Manager Mr. Shubham Dixit and his associates Mr. Raj and Mr. Manish were extremely helpful. Location is meters from Assi Ghat and not too far the old city center where all is happening in Varanasi. Food was decent too, especially Indian dishes.
