Big thanks to Renju for getting in touch ahead of the booking and making helpful suggestions - even organising a visit en route to the mountains. Very special service. It really is remote. Joseph and Dipin made the stay extra special with a trip into town and getting to see Cardamom growing and in various processes. Good food too. A memorable trip.

The location on the edge of the jungle was exceptional. The garden was beautiful, and there were monkeys in the trees. A very peaceful location with hammocks dotted around the garden. Nazeem and his family were very welcoming and assisted us in everything we wanted to do as well as explaining to us about the local festival that was on at the time. It was very relaxing oasis.

The host is very friendly and offered us many activities including jeep tour, trekking, cultural shows and a 10 minute hike up the hill behind the house, from where you can enjoy a marvellous view of idukki lake. It was very clean and the house has filtered water and lies in a quiet location.

Excellent and safe stay. I stayed 2 days there with my family. Peaceful environment. Absolutely love it. The caretaker Mr. Biju has a genuine attitude . He is very respectful and attentive. Plenty of supply of food. Thank you Mr. Biju for the tea; it was satisfying and hearty. I appreciate that you arranged for us an off- road jeep ride and the experience was really commendable. I met the owner just before we left the property. He is also courteous and gentle. I would like to visit there again with my family. Once again that you very much for your service during our stay.
Love Ramakkalmedu. She is beautiful. Don't forget to buy "Connemara Tea".
Pros: Rate, Service, Food, Location.
Cons: None.

The surroundings were peaceful and authentic, by the forest in Kerala. We had the full house for ourselves and the hosts were very friendly and nice. They cooked dinner for us and breakfast (not included in the price). Very good price-quality rate.
