Travelling with family, i booked this hotel to freshen up on my way from Waynad to Blore. not intended to stay. hence booked for 1 person. it was a less than 1 hour stay so my family can use bathroom and freshen up. When I arrived this place was completely desolated, no one around, then there was a mobile no, to call, i called and then the receptionist came. I told him the fact. he denied giving room saying it is booked for 1 person only. Instead he asked me to cancel the booking and pay him cash so he can allow me and my family members to use the wash room [3 persons!!!]
Since i had not paid, and not given my credit card details, i cancelled and paid him cash. Now i find the entire 1 day charge is deducted by Booking.com through ruptub!!! this is cheating by Booking.com and the hotel staff!!!!! Better to use other platform to book..
