First time in Jamnagar to make arrangements for 100+ people. All staff was so helpful and forthcoming. Brilliant. It will be my home away from home in coming months. Orchid also has many nice places around India which must be as good.

The resort looks beautiful on Booking .com but I never experienced such poor maintenance of hotels. I will never visit this resort again for H&S very poor of the hotel owner need spend money on maintenance. I could not make payment the credit card not machine not working. I paid 10000rps for two day only thing was good was the pool.

Reception staff very welcoming. Professional and polite,friendly. We requested an early check-in possibility and Nagmaji and Raviji accomodated us. Restaurant staff and food also delicious. Housekeeping staff provided good service.
