The location is good but the staff behaviour is extremely bad and inhuman. My senior citizens parents stayed with them during their trip to Rameswaran, and had the worst experience. They wouldn’t start the lift and didn’t provide early checkin also inspite of multiple requests. We offered to pay a little extra for getting room early but they asked to pay the full night price for getting 2 early hours. Too much loot and inhumanity.
