Great for solo travellers. I booked the dormitory 6 bed accommodation but Guarav was kind enough to upgrade me free to his other double bed room since no one was using it.
I did safari with him and probably one of my best experience I did. I did two safari, morning and evening, its the evening one that paid off since the driver was able to get so close to the leopard! This made the whole experience worth doing!
For a small fee, Guarav also cooked delicious paneer curry which I really liked and he was always there to help whenever needed. He also took me to markets on his scooter which was nice of him. The place is recommended if you are looking for an affordable accommodation and Gaurav will help you if you ask anything of him.

We found the place by accident while crossing the country by motorcycle. We ended up for two nights. The pool is exceptional and the food delicious. The safari worth the money.

This time I decided to travel solo to Jawai and I must say that Thour Nature Resort exceeded my expectations... Their spacious tents with comfy beds and that too admist the nature was too good!!
The staff was friendly & attentive, and ensured delicious food while on the stay. The highlight of trip was leopard safari, guided by their knowledgeable riders. The jungle theme at this property in hills made my trip worth to be remembered... It’s a must visit place guys!!

A wonderful experience. Over 3 drive from Udaipur takes you to the camp site which is surrounded with all things close to nature. The staff and the organizers especially Mr. Vikram were extremely cooperative. He organized delicious and special dinner for all of us at out of the resort on the hill.

Jawai as a place offers limited options that are either extremely expensive or affordable but too basic. Jawai leopard villa offers a great balance between the two. Homestay was extremely comfortable with clean, spacious room and home cooked delicacies. Bathrooms were also well maintained and functional with hot and cold water
The family is courteous and helpful. We did our safari with them and had a great experience. Not only did they chase the best points to ensure we see leopards ( we saw 4- a mum with 3 cubs)but also allowed the time to sit and enjoy the scenic beauty of the dam, while sharing many a stories about the village, the people and leopards. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay

Near to jawai bandh railway station.
Food and hospitality was awesome. I suggest take all meal package as there is no restaurant outside resort.
Jain food was great.
Amazing location
Stayed a night here. My Friend was a bit concerned when I told him we were staying in a mud hut - but the huts were beautifully designed and very comfortable and he soon changed his mind when he saw it. All have views of the lake. Opening our curtains in the morning to see the sun rising over the lake was fabulous. You also have a small verandah overlooking the lake. A great place to watch the birds ( bring some small binoculars if you can fit them in).
We went for the nature walk and amazing birds . The highlights were seeing two types of kingfisher and an Indian eagle owl. We also saw antelopes and monkeys. Others have called this experience average but for us it was a truly memorable experience. We then watched the sun go down and saw the many peacocks roosting in the banyan trees.
The food was good. As others have said no choice other than vegetarian or non vegetarian and served as a thali, but all very good. Our only gripe was that it was served at slightly too relaxed a pace for us.
However, it has been designed with great attention to detail and the location is truly beautiful. A great place to spend a day or two away from the hustle and bustle of India.
