Clean room, location is acceptable, breakfast limited option however very good quality and taste. The staff was cooperative. just across the road is a good restaurant. The location is outside the city, so it was easy for me to go for a run towards Lwaracne school. The place is quiet and cool. A good parking place.

Ooty is crowded these days. I would prefer to stay in connor next time. The traffic was horrible and it was not peaceful to just go sightseeing.
But the weather was nice and cozy to stay inside the homestay.

If you wanna enjoy the nature with relaxing experience, then avoid going to Ooty during weekends / extended weekends as mostly working professionals from Bangalore & Mysore visit which makes the traffic a terrific thing in the city.

The best thing to experience is Ooty toy train and rose garden.
Other things are overhyped. The pyara waterfall, the pine forest , shooting point etc are greatly overhyped. You can completly sip these and plan for coonoor or other nearby places like Wayanad.

A great destination for 2-3 days holidaying.
A great destination for 2-3 days holidaying. We visited the sites likes Pykara falls and lake, Shooting Point, Botanical garden, Rose garden, Chocolate Factory, Tea/ Cofee Factory, Doddabetta Peak etc to name a few. However following wroth to be noted:
1) Pykara Falls does not have any falls actually
2) Botanical Garden is not worth.
3) Toy train can be excluded from the trip.
4) Chocolate factory and tea factory on Dodabetta road is worth seen and should not be missed.

I shall not say there are any favourite spots as such, but you can try the PINE Forest and 9th mile shooting location. I shall infact recommend people to book a very nice amidst nature homestays or resorts and enjoy their stays. Also try the toy train but from Mettupalayam station to Coonor station, that has way better view to offer.
Getting around Ooty is not that easy, if not good in bargaining, autos can charge alot. So, better to take own vehicles and stay in a offbeat location.
Best places to eat were:
1. Earl's Secret in King's cliff. (Amazing ambience with great hospitality, go well dressed)
2. Hyderabadi Biryani House. (Little waiting time is there because of rush but for biryani lovers its worth it)
3. The Periodic Table, ( Luxury, Sexy, Chemistry ambience with continental food, yeah little expensive but their food display and hospitality and their little taste blasters were amazing)
4. Le Cafe (Outdoor cool cozy ambience with great food)
5. The Sugar Dribble Cafe ( A small corridor cozy cafe, you can try for evening snacks).
And most importantly for Souvenirs, i think i was going on round and round in the city. Lastly, beside Hotel Sahakar Palace, from where mostly the Buses will start there is a market called Sarakkar Super Market. You will find, fridge magnets, tea, chocolates, spices and many things there. Easy for bus travellers to get it before returning back

Ooty has a few sites to see but the pollution form the massive number of vehicles in the area is enough to make anyone sick. Most TukTuk drivers are coughing and have severe health issues in this area. Something needs to be done about this and the massive amounts of garbage in the area. Nature should be respected, this is the only planet we have.
When i was booked that hotel via booking.com, at the time shown room rent Rs.1300only per day ,but they charged 2500 per night and told me don't book in the website in booking.com.
i am planned for staying 2 night, but checkout one day ,due to not worth for 2500/per night & not available room service,
Kindly note all travelers anything you want you are only going outside and buy like morning tea & coffee & water etc.. ,,,
Beautiful stay!
The frame resorts is a perfect place to stay in ooty The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into frame resorts again.
The hotel staffs are very kind and nice. The hotel stay seems soothing when you will get a family type environment and thats what I felt after staying nearly half a month there. Would like to call out few names who helped me a lot during my stay- Amrit bhai , Badal bhai from reception , Mr Sanjay from chef and from housekeeping - Ritesh, Debjyoti and Sukendra.
Mr Balaji gave very good service for ours he do like his family very good guy, he doesn’t expect tips like another hotel guys he is very helpful, manager is very professional, booking team women is very helpful, I’m always book in radisson blu wen I travel other place, I little scared about bowers but it’s amazing
I booked three rooms at this place for two families. We were delighted by our stay at this beautiful place. The property was clean, the rooms were comfortable, the facilities were top notch and the staff were friendly and professional. Wouldn’t think twice about booking this place for my future stays at Ooty.
The place was clean and well maintained, everything from Wifi, hot showers, room heater, food was available. Thanks to Anand, Priya n Mathew who were very kind and helpful anytime we called them. Anya Paradise will definitely be our stay the next time we visit Ooty. Thanks n you'll deserve a 5 star. Cheers
Staff were not good. Manager shifted to another hotel with low quality facility and room and charged full money from me. Management responded to booking.com that guest didn't checked in but we went and manager shifted us to different hotel saying electricity problem no room available.
he room was dingy. No ventilation. It was smelling bad. Blankets were smelling bad too. There were holes on the bedsheet. Definitely not worth the money we paid.
It is not the same as it looks in picture of different hotel booking website.. very poor quality of room
The approach to the hotel was excellent. The flowers and various plants gives you a good feel.
Location was good and the staff were quite courteous.
We enjoyed the evening Tea and hot Bhajji’s prepared at the lawns / sit out area.
Totally impressed with the ambiance and the customer service. The size of the rooms are quite ok. We had a comfortable stay. Do not expect a 5 star hotel stay. This is a beautiful homestay and that's it.
They confirmed booking initially and last minute when phoned them they said booking is cancelled. This is not acceptable, we were with family 14 members we found very difficult in finding accomdation
