Room was comfortable, kettle and fridge in room for tea, coffee and extras available in front foyer free of charge. Next time I will ask for extra pillows as the pillows are very low. Great access to the airport, all easily reached by the train. Breakfast buffet was very good and included in price.

The man at the front desk was very helpful and patient explaining the difference in room types between the old & new tower block when finding a solution to our request for rooms to be next to each other, via a top up of price difference to enable the rooms to be side by side. The room in the new tower was designed well to maximize the small-ish but comfortable room size. Also loved the huge windows overlooking the sea. Bed was comfy. Cleaners were helpful in showing how to use the wall mounted air conditioning controller, when I stepped out of the lift on the ground floor seeking assistance. Location was excellent, with less than a 5 minute walk from front lobby to the airline's check in counter, and a Family Mart along the way. Good choice of restaurants in the airport one floor above.

At Centrair Nagoya airport there are several hotel choices. This hotel was great. It's a little bit of a walk from the terminals to the hotel - which I didn't mind - but they do provide a shuttle service.

Only 5 minutes from Aoyama Train Station on the free shuttle, AZ Inn Handa serves breakfast and has hot public baths.
