The hitel was beautiful but staff made the stay. I was a bit lost, and they helped me and sent a staff member down the road to meet up with. It was a bit late and dark, and their address was giving Google a bit of trouble - mostly my fault as I was doing 5 things at once... but I got fed up, contacted them throught booking app and they sent me a link and offered to come get me! I was already on my way and figured it out but they sent someone out anyways and I was greeted about 1 min away from door. Amazing. On top of that they were so nice and we had a nice chat when I got there.
The room was sexy and unique. I felt a bit like batman. I would say if you have bad knees maybe it's not for you. The chairs are low floor chairs. And the bed is low low low. The bathroom was realllly nice and the included shampoo. There are also little nice touches here and there.
