It is lovely country getaway from the city and with cooking facilities to make simple chazuke meal. The cabin is spacious and clean with no animal smells though we stayed in unit with pets allowed. Water pressure is great for relaxing shower. WiFi is great for K drama holiday too.

I visited Shima on a surprise birthday trip I organised for my fiancee, and it was fantastic. I particularly recommend The Shima Nature School kayaking experience around Ago Bay and lunch with the incredible Ama divers at the Satoumi An Ama Hut! There are beautiful spots to discover, although a car is recommended to take full advantage!
The cottages are spacious and comfortable. They are very well-equipped and had everything we could possibly need. Be sure to also take some of the toiletries that are provided in the lobby; the bath salts are especially nice. The resort is in a peaceful location and is a great place to relax. (Ago Bay is really quite beautiful.) Given the high quality of the cottages and amenities, staying at Fiore Shima is an excellent value. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning!
The staff at the reception met us with a great smile that could make your day.
Staff were very helpful and supportive, told us about the nearby restaurants.
the whole building was quiet , in the mid of green, close to a beach (not sure about the beach access)
Rooms were clean, comfortable.
The view from the balcony was amazing looking over the whole ocean.
Convenient location if you’re going fishing in Shima.
I highly recommend this hotel if you drive.
A wonderful hotel that makes you feel relaxed and refreshed! Huge rooms and outstanding bathroom with a wooden large bathtub. The owners are lovely and energetic and helped us shipping some of our luggage back home. Delicious breakfast in the morning. We loved using the big playroom with table tennis and playing video games! It was so relaxing, we could have stayed much longer. The surrounding area is quiet and beautiful - you can explore Ago Bay from here.
The view is breathtaking, the big windows in the room were perfect for the view, the room itself was very spacious for a Japanese hotel, we had a lot of space for our luggage. The breakfast was great with variety and the evening buffet was so good that we booked it each day although we wanted to try local restaurants. The staff was also very friendly, I could even have some light chat (in Japanese) and get some recommendations on activities to do.
- Beautiful sea view.
- Nice onsen.
- Buffet dinner was great and so was the buffet breakfast although rather expensive taken the star-rating into account. I’d rate this hotel 3 stars since the rooms are outdated - although spacious and comfortable. I’d expect to pay the a similar amount for food in a 4 or even in some 5 star hotel.
- An awesome place in a quiet location if one simply wants to relax for a few days and go nowhere.
location, location, location! this is everything when I describe this place. In fact, I'm not choosing this place not for travel but for the place I sleep after drinking at the bar nearby. it costs almost 5k en returning home by taxi.
they provide a comfy bed, bathroom, and hot shower for a better price. how can I complain?
The hotel has a good location and the price of stay is attractive. The reception was efficient throughout the service.

Room service and amenities were of excellent quality.

Unbelievable value for money, we got a great room with an awesome view, a beautiful lounge with a stunning sunset and bay views and complimentary snacks, alcohol and drinks and an helpful and nice staff for a very good price. Highly recommend
Great facilities, lovely staff, delicious breakfast.
I had a great stay that exceeded my expectations! Perfect for remote working while also exploring the peninsula of Ise-Shima

A very pleasant place to stay. The breakfasts were great (when we cooked them a bit further). Best bacon I've had in a Japanese hotel. Nice and thick and cooks up crispy.
