A warm welcome from friendly and professional staff who provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. It was exactly what was advertised, what was needed and expected. It was a bit expensive for a capsule hotel.. but it also was right at the terminal and that matches the offer with the demand. Don't expect non-snoring from other capsules around you.. and do accept the ear-plucks you get offered at the frontdesk. (dont be stupid as me and dont take them :P)

We needed emergency accommodation after our flight was cancelled at boarding. It was about a 30 min taxi from Narita International Airport. We were greeted by a young man close to midnight who welcomed us and got us settled. The home is a beautiful traditional residence, located in the countryside, with basic necessities provided. Unfortunately we didn’t have the opportunity to explore the area as we had to return to catch a rescheduled flight the next morning, but a wonderful experience. Personal transportation would be beneficial for longer stays.
